Quality Policy

This document aims to clarify the policy objectives for the Management System that all staff is constantly required to pursue. Through this document, San Gregorio SpA intends to express its commitment to developing a Management System aimed at continuous improvement of its effectiveness, while respecting environmental protection, health, and safety in the workplace.

Compliance with laws and regulations

Compliance with the law is a fundamental tool for achieving our objectives and ensuring "Added Value" to our activities. Therefore, no relationship will be initiated or continued with those who do not align with this principle.

Inspired by the principles of social responsibility towards our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, we ensure maximum effort to guarantee the quality of our products and services and transparency in our market behavior. We avoid any discrimination based on age, sex, sexuality, health status, race, nationality, political opinions, and religious beliefs of our counterparts.

Human resources represent our main asset: we invest in staff training and ensure a healthy and safe working environment to facilitate the fulfillment of assigned tasks and enhance individual professional skills. Environmental protection

In line with the previous point, we conduct our activities and investments in a socially responsible manner from an environmental perspective. We ensure complete and exhaustive communication with the community, fully complying with current legislation, D.Lgs 152/06. Environmental protection is considered a primary objective, starting with the individual behaviors of the people working for San Gregorio SpA. Information and instructions are provided to ensure "energy saving," "waste management," and the use of recyclable materials.

Fairness in contractual matters

Contracts and job assignments are carried out as knowingly established by the parties involved. We commit to provide timely and exhaustive information on all matters concerning our activities, avoiding taking advantage of situations due to inadequate information or knowledge of our counterparts, in full compliance with data protection legislation. In this framework, we safeguard the value of fair competition, abstaining from collusive, predatory, and abusive behaviors. Therefore, all parties who work with San Gregorio SpA in any capacity shall not participate in agreements that contravene the rules governing free competition between companies.

Data Treatment and Protection

Personal data of customers, shareholders, collaborators, employees, and other individuals, both natural and legal, are collected and processed in full compliance with the current provisions of GDPR n. 2016/679. The personnel of San Gregorio SpA always comply with this legislation, according to the operational instructions given, ensuring punctual and effective communication to the competent authorities. The utmost confidentiality is guaranteed for information and data related to the company assets or its activities, and the personnel are required not to use confidential information for purposes not related to their work.

Professional behavior

Individuals who operate on behalf of San Gregorio SpA, whether employees, administrators, or collaborators, are committed to observing the following principles:
- Each person performs their work and duties with diligence, skill, caution, efficiency, and correctness, making the best use of available tools and time, taking responsibility for their actions;
- The safety and prevention measures adopted by San Gregorio SpA for Health and Safety at Work, Environmental Protection, and Data Treatment represent primary obligations;
- Each person actively participates in their implementation, management, maintenance, and improvement, taking full responsibility for achieving the set objectives, aware of the consequences for San Gregorio SpA and colleagues resulting from the poor management of these areas.

Loyalty, Honesty, Integrity

In the course of their work activities, each person is required to diligently know and respect the organizational model and current laws, ensuring full transparency in their actions and behaviors, not using information, assets, or equipment for personal purposes. In performing their duties or assignments, each person rejects and refrains from making promises of undue offers of money or other benefits and does not accept or initiate initiatives that may harm San Gregorio SpA or provide undue advantages to themselves or third parties. In no case can the pursuit of the interests of San Gregorio SpA justify conduct that does not adhere to these principles.

Conflict of interest resolution

Individuals, in carrying out their work activities, pursue the objectives and general interests of San Gregorio SpA. They promptly inform their superiors or references of situations or activities where there may be a conflict of interest with that of San Gregorio SpA, on their part or that of their close relatives, and in any other case where there are significant reasons of convenience. Individuals respect the decisions made by San Gregorio SpA in this regard.
